How did you hear about Messages, Mail and More? 

Applicant authorizes Messages, Mail & More through its telephone answering service, to receive and relay any messages for the applicant. Messages will be taken in person by Messages, Mail & More during their business hours and by a telephone answering machine during non-business hours. It is the responsibility of the applicant to contact Messages, Mail & More from time to time in order to receive messages. This can only be done during Messages, Mail & Mores’ business hours, currently Monday to Friday, 8.00 a.m. - 5.00 p.m. excluding posted holidays.

 Fees for this service are due and payable in advance on a monthly basis. A deposit equal to one month's service fee is required. This deposit is refundable, less any fees due, upon termination provided that the termination is not less than three months after the start of service. Accounts are considered delinquent if not paid on the date due, and messages will be held pending payment.

 Applicant understands that Messages, Mail & More will use its best efforts to provide the service described above. Applicant further understands and acknowledges that Messages, Mail & More is not responsible for, nor has any control over, the equipment or systems used by various telephone companies and any failure thereof.
